CardioFit - Fitness in the Square

An instructor from Laurier Brantford YMCA will get your heart rate pumping in this energetic CardioFit class that takes place every Friday until August 29, 2025 from 7:15 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. We’ve combined a variety of workout styles in one class including sport conditioning, step, high/low moves and kickboxing. Prepare to sweat! Tone your muscles and build your cardio capacity in this choreographed workout with high impact moves and low impact modifications. Cardio Fit may include a variety of movements from different styles of workouts, such as boxing, step, dance, and sports conditioning. 💪

In the event of inclement weather, fitness classes will be moved to the YMCA building across from Harmony Square, located at 100 Water Street. For questions, please call 519-512-4891.

Important information:
•Bring your own water bottle, yoga mat and/or towel to each class
•No previous experience is required. There will be many options provided so that all fitness levels can enjoy the class
•Classes will be instructed by canfitpro certified Fitness Instructor
•Always consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any exercise program
•Participants must be ages 14 years or over to attend
