Sounds of Summer Sound Baths

Join us for a serene and immersive experience at Sounds of Summer Sound Baths, led by certified sound healer and yoga instructor Addie Gaines. Set in teh peaceful sanctuary of Kom hot yoga, this restorative session invites you to relax, release, and reconnect under the calming energy of summer.

As the warmth of the season surrounds you, Addie will guide you through a meditative journey using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other vibrational instruments designed to soothe the nervous system and restore inner balance.
