Kom 30 Day Reset is formulated to help you find a new start in your wellness journey. Over the years I have learned that all things are better with community support., so this Reset is meant to offer all the love and support we each need.

Here is what it looks like:

30 day commiment to self

* no alchohol
* no sugar
* drink 1 gallon of water a day
* read 10 pages of any book a day
* 30 minute work out twice a day plus 15 minutes meditation or 1 60 minute workout plus 15 minutes meditation

Miss a day or have something on the no-no list? THATS OKAY! Pick yourself up, and keep moving forward with your commitments to self. No one is judging you. No one is here to force you to do anything. DO YOUR BEST EVERYDAY! Thats what this is all about, mindful living, loving who you are - where you are.
