Exploring the Elements Soundbath

Find rest and relaxation for the body and mind, restoration of the energy and a reset of the nervous system as we explore and balance the five elements within and around us. Each of the four sound experiences of this journey stands alone, but together will allow you to systematically find balance of the five elements. Each practice will include gentle movement, breath work, and a meditative experience as you are bathed in the sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs and more.
