Autumn Alchemy: a fall equinox workshop

Join Chelsea Dygert as she leads an amazing evening of Autumn Alchemy.
Step into the magic of the season with an evening of movement, ritual, and reflection. Together we’ll honor autumn’s call to release and prepare for the stillness of winter. Through gentle yoga-inspired movement, guided meditation, the healing resonance of singing bowls, and intentional journaling, you’ll be invited to let go of what no longer serves you and align with the natural rhythm of the earth. This workshop weaves together embodiment, sound, and ritual in a cozy atmosphere to help you ground, restore, and reset for the season ahead.
