VJ80 Ceremony.

VJ80. We at the branch are holding a parade and a ceremony on Friday the 15th August.
Timings are:
Muster at the traffic lights end of Church Road 19.00hrs.
Parade forms up at 19.15hrs.
March off to the War Memorial at 19.30hrs.
Once we arrive at the memorial Rev'd Dennis will do a welcome and small service.
Our local Historian will then do a introduction as to why this is so important to Brandon.
There will then be the Act of Homage followed by the Last Post. After that will be a 2 minutes silence followed by Reveille. The Kohima prayer will follow before a closing address, National Anthems, then dismissal.
