Saturday Play with Dragon Hooper Hooping

Join us for an all levels hoop dance class, no experience needed. Hoops provided for use and sale. If you're one of those people who always says " I cannot do that, I've never been able to do that, then you haven't met me." Give me 60 seconds I'll get you moving. no matter if you've been hooping one day or 10 years you're going to leave smiling, inspired and learning something new. I have almost 15 years experience and my business turns 13 in October. You burn 420 to 600 calories an hour through the American council of exercise. This is an adult class, but if you are age 9 and up, well behaved and your parents are okay with non-sensored music you are more than welcome to come and participate. Classes are $20 and passes available. Pass price varies depending on how many Saturdays there are in the month. How do I pay?
