🚀 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺:
All new trainees will:
Start at $14.50/hr during the structured training period
Train hands-on alongside experienced leads and mentors
Complete online IBPSA dog care & safety certification courses
Learn and demonstrate skills in:
Dog body language and group play dynamics
Proper handling, kennel lead use, and redirection techniques
Managing both solo dogs and playgroups with confidence and care
Shuttle driving for dog pickup/drop-off (if over 21 with clean record)
🐶 𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Must be able to lift 40 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift
Great communication, attention to detail, and positive energy are key
Bilingual is a plus, but not required
