New Moon in Leo Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath

The time of the new moon, when the sky is devoid of the moon’s gentle glow, is a time for new beginnings and setting intentions. The new moon in Leo is associated with joy, positivity, creativity, self-expression, and stepping into the limelight with confidence. Our Restorative practice will focus on uplifting and energizing poses, while still being slow and restful. We’ll finish with an uplifting Sound Bath to help move us towards our goals.

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, or we have a few at the studio to borrow. ($35/pp)
