🔥 Dance Fit – fun, cardio -based movement set to upbeat Christian music
💪 Faith Fit Bootcamp – High-intensity- circuit training-focused sessions rooted in scripture and motivation
💧 Includes moments of prayer, uplifting community, and praise through movement.
