Rockbox

The RockBox concept is the ultimate combination of training using boxing and drumming to sculpt your body. Alternating cardio and toning, RockBox provides an all over body interval workout which has been stated to burn more fat than a class on a typical aerobic curve.

Suitable for ALL ages! Under 16s to be accompanied with an adult. Please be aware, some tracks may contain explicit language.

Payment on the day of the class either via cash or bank transfer is preferred. Card payment and online payment is available with a surcharge.

First class £3, weekly cost £5
