"Reclaim" is a transformative workshop designed to guide individuals in reclaiming their connection to their bodies through sensual movement and embodiment practices. In this safe and nurturing space, participants will explore mindfulness, guided meditation, affirmations, and sensual movement exercises that promote body awareness and self-empowerment.
Led by Tanvir, a skilled dance instructor, and Daverine, a trauma-informed guide, this workshop blends movement, shamanic healing techniques, and self-exploration to support each participant's journey towards body reclamation.
No prior dance experience is needed.
