This will be a fantastic opportunity to train in Bruce Lee’s fighting methods of Jeet Kune Do. This event will be exploring the aspect of JKD that makes it unique and sets itself apart in the Martial Arts world. All skill levels are welcome and I look forward to working with all of you!

Topics to be covered: The first section of this workshop will be working kicks and kick defense. The second section will be working foundation trapping structure. The third section will be working energy/sensitivity drills. In trapping, the foundation structure is the "how to do it" and energy/sensitivity teaches you "when to do it".

My background: I have been training JKD since 1995 and began teaching as an apprentice in 2001. I received my full instructor certification in 2015.
