You’re warmly invited to an afternoon of deep rest, self-discovery, and healing with this soul-nourishing. This immersive journey lovingly guided by our resident Yoga Teacher Kate Kearns, through a calming, meditative practice designed to soothe the body, still the mind, and restore your inner balance. Bathed in the healing tones of gongs, Tibetan bowls, a Shamanic drum, and other beautiful instruments to guide you deeper into relaxation and presence.
Restorative Yin Yoga
Using props and supports, we’ll explore floor-based postures held for 3–5 minutes, targeting the fascia and deeper connective tissues to release held tension and increase mobility. As we settle into each pose, you’ll be bathed in the healing tones of gongs, Tibetan bowls, a Shamanic drum, and other beautiful instruments to guide you deeper into relaxation and presence.
This slow, mindful practice is suitable for all levels—including complete beginners—and invites you to gently retreat inward, reconnect with your breath, and surrender into stillness. Inspired by the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), we’ll encourage the flow of Qi (energy) through the body, working with the elements of Earth, Metal, Water, Wood, and Fire to cultivate harmony, balance, and vitality.
