� Support with weight and exercise?

If you tick one or all of the above this one is for you, join us for our healthy heart event.

We will be joined by:
� Active Essex to support patients finding suitable exercise
� Park Run representatives
� Freshwell low carb project
� HCAs / nurses to provide health checks

If you have had a recent health check then sorry this one is not for you, but keep your eyes peeled for the future.
