Yoga Nidra

Dive into deep rest and relaxation in this 75-minute Yoga Nidra class. The first 30 minutes includes meditation and gentle, restorative movement to shift into a deep state of conscious sleep for the rest of the class. With Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep we get to discover our essential nature, one that is filled with radiance and bliss. This class includes cold tea, cold stones from Lake Superior and towels with essential oils.
