Choose one activity from each category to complete at your own pace throughout the 30-day challenge:

- Swim 2.4 miles
- Row 50,000 meters
- Attend four aquacise classes
🚴♂️ Bike
- Bike 112 miles (check out our cycling classes)
🏃♀️ Run
- Run/Walk 26.2 miles
- Attend 10 group fitness classes
