Begin the new year with deep rest, clarity, and intention. This Yoga Nidra session is a guided meditation practiced lying down, designed to take you into a state of profound relaxation while remaining gently aware.
Through body awareness, breath, visualisation, and intention-setting (sankalpa), you’ll be invited to release the weight of the past year and create space for what you wish to welcome in. This practice supports nervous system reset, better sleep, emotional balance, and a renewed sense of calm and focus.
No movement or prior experience is required – simply lie down, get comfortable, and be guided.
