Tender: A 5Rhythms winter workshop

Tender - A 5Rhythms day workshop in two parts, allowing some of the armour of the everyday to drop away so we can encounter and cherish the softness of our bodies in movement.
I'm offering this exploration of tenderness as two separate sessions that can be taken as a full day workshop. Alternatively you are welcome to join us for either the morning or the afternoon session, if a shorter day suits you better.
Times:
Morning: 11am - 1.45pm
Lunch: 1.45pm - 2.45pm
Afternoon: 2.45pm - 5.30pm

In this workshop we're moving with the support of the earth beneath and the tenderness of our own bodies as we emerge from the depths of winter. Each session will explore a different aspect of tenderness in our own dance.
