The hot chocolate, hot water bottles, blankets and hot stones will be making a return as the weather gets colder.
Layers are important along with extra gloves and socks should they get wet and they can be changed.
We have some spares to borrow during the session if needed and I might change the snack up a bit for some nice warm soup.
You can secure your place for our last block of the year before we take a break in January. There are limited pay as you go tickets available each week but once they have gone then there gone.
