About the event

Author Visit: Lisa Olszak Zumstein
BAPL and the Friends of Hanley Library, present an Author Visit, with local author, Lisa Olszak Zumstein. She will share the history and research surrounding her first published work, The Brady's Bend Flood of 1980. Learn how a community responds to tragedy, as well as some surprising details that surfaced while researching Bradford and McKean County floods. The presentation will include an open discussion with the audience. Light refreshments will also be available. Thank you to On the Side Books for making Lisa's book available for purchase prior to her speaking engagements! A limited number of books will be sold at her programs.

Monday, Oct. 20, 6PM at BAPL

Lisa will present in the University Room on Pitt's campus on Tue, Oct. 21 at 11:30AM. Tuesday's talk will focus on the development of a narrative that builds on over 100 interviews.
