Each month, we turn up the volume with a fresh musical theme — from Beatles sunshine vibes to Taylor Swift empowerment anthems, Burning Man beats, Beyoncé power flows, and everything in between.

Expect a creative vinyasa sequence that moves with the rhythm, invites self-expression, and doesn’t take itself too seriously.

Whether you come for the tunes, the movement, or the mood, Funky Friday is your monthly dose of feel-good flow and funky fun. Costumes, glitter, and singalongs encouraged. ✨🎶🧘‍♀️
