Join us for an unforgettable evening of waterfront dining and fireworks. Immerse yourself in a dazzling display of red, white, and starry blue as the skies ignite above the Manatee River. Kick off your celebration with our festive Independence Day Buffet on the waterside terrace, featuring a delicious spread to satisfy all your holiday cravings. Then sit back, relax, and enjoy the best views in town as Zambelli International delivers a showstopping fireworks finale around 9:30 PM.
The event begins at 7 PM, and your reserved table is yours for the entire night—giving you front-row access to all the excitement.
Table reservations and tickets are required for access to the pier. Space fills quickly, so be sure to secure your seats early!

Check-In: 6:30 pm
Independence Day Buffet: 7 - 10 pm
Includes an all-you-can-eat buffet and soft drinks.
Alcoholic drinks may be purchased separately.
Fireworks Show: 9:30 pm
Parking: Complimentary valet parking. There are several road closures just before and during the fireworks show, so you will want to be sure to arrive early and certainly before 7:00 pm. Please expect a short wait for the valet. Additional parking is available throughout downtown, including the free garage.
