About the event

Pathways to the Past: Veteran of the Upper Country “Pays d’en Haut”

Pathways to the Past is an immersive program for BBHC visitors to learn more about the lives of everyday people in the mid-18th century.

New France did not only encompass what we know as Canada and the Ohio Country, but also into present day Louisiana, Missouri, and Illinois! Join Chuck Valentine as he discusses life on the periphery of New France throughout the 1750s.

This educational program is made possible by a #PreservingAmerica grant from Americana Corner.
