Welcome to Pepper & Pancakes Co's Draw Coed 6s Tournament!
This means that you sign up as a triple (min 1 girl) and pair up with another triple to play 6v6. The logistics of the tournament depends on the number of people signing up, but it is expected that each triple will play a total of around 6-8 sets. You will be randomly paired up for every pool play game. The format for how teams will be made in playoffs is TBD.
The venue for this tournament is Grit Athletix! It will not be at the All American+ Field House or Pitt Elite like it has been in the past.
Team Registration
- $40 per player.
- Typewriting is allowed (only applies to middle and libero). This means that if your team composition is better off with a player only playing front row as a middle and another player only playing backrow as the "libero", you may do so. If you have any questions regarding this rule, please reach out to me.
- Each team is only allowed to have 3 players
- Venmo Fujin Shimoda (@Fujin-Shimoda) no later than October 18th. If you do not have Venmo, please reach out, and we will figure out a way to accommodate.
Prizes
- A winners: Cash Prize
- BB winners: TBD
Please sign up for the division that the best player on the team belongs to. I reserve the right to move a team up to the higher division if necessary.
Tournament Logistics (subject to change depending on the number of teams that sign up):
- Pool play will be 2 sets to 25; cap at 27. Every team will make playoffs.
- Each team will have 1 timeout per set.
- Games will be reffed by other teams.
I will post a link to the liability waiver that all team members are required to submit by October 24th.
