- **Event Description**: Join Sunni, of Manduhandu, for an evening of kimjang! Kimjang traditionally is the process of making kimchi. Making Kimchi is a fun family/ community activity. In this Workshop, we will make makkimchi (napa cabbage), kkakdugi (cubed radish), and oikimchi (cucumber). We will discuss the 2000+ year old history of kimjang.
Manduhandu services are always gluten free and vegan, including this workshop. We will discuss plant based ingredients in the tradition of kimjang and Korean Cuisine. Everyone will leave with 3 jars of various kimchi varieties.
