This stunning, immersive exhibition features the premiere of Beyond Words—a new series of spiritually channeled artwork created in collaboration with psychic mediums from Lily Dale, NY. Audience members asked real questions about life, purpose, love, and change. Artist John A. Rice brought their answers to life through oil pastel paintings, offering visitors a rare glimpse into the power of wayfinding through creativity.

Beyond Words will also showcase the complete Mindscapes Tarot series—80 vibrant oil pastel works exploring inner landscapes and spiritual journeys—on public display for the first time ever!

John A. Rice is an award-winning actor, writer, and artist specializing in oil pastels. As one of the few artists working in this medium, his work has sold in over 35 countries. He is the creator of the internationally popular Mindscapes Tarot, the new illustrated Charles Dickens’s A Christmas Carol (Abbeville Press), and October Shadows: Classic Ghost Stories for Halloween (Abbeville Press). He runs J.A.R. Studio, NYC, out of his workspace in Astoria, NY.

Rice’s mission is to foster healing, introspection, and creativity through otherworldly art—empowering the internal world so that we can enrich our outer world.
