Forest Bathing
Treat yourself to a mindful moment at Salt Springs Park. Our time will include slow meditative moments practicing qigong and yoga while allowing nature to nurture us using our five senses. Enjoy this rejuvenating and healing experience with nature as you come away feeling refreshed and energized. Fee $5 non-members, members free.
