Move Me ONE hour event

How many steps can you give in ONE Hour?

This event is created to include all types of people with different fitness levels, different goals and different reasons why they want to do it.

The goal is to walk or run as far as you can (or want to) in one hour.

The Route:
It is a 1km loop inside Brackengate business park. It starts and ends at Move Me gym.

There is no entry costs and anyone is welcome to join. Bring your friends, family and kids.

There will be a coffee truck, so please support them afterwards and enjoy good coffee with good company.
