Intro to Hand Reflexology

When we deal with stress, anxiety, pain, it disrupts the energy in our body. One way to help bring that energy back into alignment is to experience some form of energy work. Hand reflexology is one form of energy work that we’re going to experience tonight.
By working the reflexes in the hands or feet, we are helping to enable the energy to come back into balance therefore bringing with it relaxation, stress relief, and hopefully some pain relief.

Ideally while you’re being instructed, you’ll be practicing on someone else, and then in return you will receive the same from your partner. So why not bring a friend!
