Sound Bath and Guided Meditation

Join us for the launch of the new Energy Studio at Re-new Institute, featuring ongoing Sound Bath & Guided Meditations every Monday and Friday from 6:45PM-7:45PM.

This class combines the therapeutic power of sound with evidence-based meditation techniques. Immersive frequencies produced by crystal and metal instruments stimulate the auditory and nervous systems, encouraging the body to shift from sympathetic “stress mode” into parasympathetic “rest-repair” mode.

Research shows sound-based interventions may help regulate heart rate variability, reduce cortisol, and promote neuroplastic changes that support mood balance and focus. Guided meditation provides structured cues to enhance attentional control and mindfulness, making this class suitable for beginners while offering depth for experienced practitioners.

This class is $25 and paid in person. Please follow the link to RSVP for the class. Located in the Energy Studio, left of Re-new Movement studio. Please bring a mat, blanket or meditation pillow. We also have chairs available for seating options.
