This week we celebrate Scott's last shift behind the bar. Scott has been so much more than just a bartender to us, he has been a constant supporter of the craft beer industry, a champion for independent/local craft breweries, and above all, a true friend and member of the NOBO family.
From the countless pints he’s poured to the conversations, laughs, and connections he’s shared across the bar, Scott has left a mark that will last well beyond his final shift. He’s been a face of hospitality, passion, and heart — and we’re lucky to have had him on this journey with us.
Please join us on Saturday to raise a glass, share your favorite memories, and give him the send-off he deserves.
