Includes a grounding meditation, demonstration, smudging practice, setting an intention, crystal and sound therapy, a variety of herbal teas, a colourful herbal inspired platter and each person will receive their own individual gift bag and flower crown.

This gathering will have you feeling cleansed, grounded, balanced, and connected.
