Yin styled class with supported hands-on adjustments from Aleece, bodywork practitioner: mobility specialist & stretch therapist.
Be guided into a pose, settle in and recieve a divine adjustment to melt further away....think of it as an assisted self-massage/stretch. Expect to drool.
