Sound Energy Healing with Julia Nadolny

Allow yourself to unwind and return to a place of balance in this deeply restorative sound healing experience. Using crystal singing bowls, a gong, and Tibetan metal bowls, Julia guides participants through gentle soundscapes that support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and inner calm. The vibrations help clear energetic blockages and invite a natural sense of harmony. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or anything you’d like to lie down on comfortably — this is a meditative class where most participants relax in a reclined position. No prior experience is needed. Simply come as you are and receive the peaceful sounds of these healing instruments. Registration is required.

Julia Nadolny has certifications in energy medicine, reiki, sound therapy, and tuning forks. She has a passion for teaching and helping others.
