New Moon Grounding: A Sound and Yoga Journey
Designed to ride the ever-vibrant waves of Autumn, this practice couples the resonant frequencies of crystal singing bowls with gentle, mindful yoga poses, creating a synergy for clearing, grounding, and protecting.
Through conscious breathing and guided meditation we’ll build a personal energetic cloak that will instill security and ease amidst the shifting tides of the coming season.
Our physical practice will include a series of gentle postures that will ensure rootedness, balance, and expansion. We will hold these poses with purposeful intention, allowing the subtle, radiant tones from the crystal bowls to wash over us and embracing alignment consciously and subconsciously.
At the end of your journey, you will move forward with a renewed sense of calm, inner peace, and steadfast resilience. Get rooted and rise with this one-of-a-kind Autumn sound and yoga journey.
