Monthly gathering for education, pleasure and sharing of mystic, esoteric or mundane topics for the simple gift of sharing in conversation. All levels of conversation are welcome.
October Topic - Understanding Your Nervous System through the Lens of Yoga with Diane Kistler of Diane Kistler Yoga Therapy
Using the tools of yoga and neuroscience, we begin to unravel the layers that we've placed around us, which once was effective in protecting us, but is no longer needed.
Yoga and somatic tools can be a powerful tool for regulating the nervous system, helping to balance the sympathetic (fight-or-flight) and parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) systems.
Join Diane for this informative and interactive informal session to learn more about your nervous system.


Come as a scholar, a person with a passion to know or teach or just come as you are.
