Join us this Saturday for a hands-on volunteer opportunity to help protect the natural beauty of Lost River Cave! 🌱 We’re gathering a team to remove invasive plants from around the meadow area as part of our ongoing Meadow Restoration Project.
Your work will help make space for native wildflowers and grasses to thrive, supporting local pollinators and improving habitat for wildlife!
What to Expect:
• Light to moderate physical activity (pulling, digging, dragging)
• Working alongside conservation staff and fellow nature-lovers
• A chance to give back and learn about native and invasive species
What to Bring:
✔ Work gloves (if you have them)
✔ Refillable water bottle
✔ Closed-toe shoes or boots
✔ Long pants recommended
We’ll provide:
• All tools and supplies
• Extra gloves (limited supply)
• Water and snacks
