Kindness Heals

Connection to others is a fundamental need: required at birth, comparable to food and water as a human need, and crucial to societal health. Kindness is an act of connection, an expression of compassion, that heals physically, emotionally, mentally, energetically, and spiritually. It heals you. It heals others. It heals us all.
