The way we behave and engage in relationships - romantic, family, social, or professional - is shaped by what we learned and absorbed as children and teenagers. Our patterns are built from lived experience, reinforced by what we witnessed, and heavily influenced by the emotional history of our family line.

This session works on the deeper stories that make intimacy feel risky, create shutdown reflexes, or pull you into repeated dynamics. We dissolve beliefs around rejection, abandonment, over-responsibility, and the pressure to perform or protect.

You leave with patterns that allow connection without losing yourself, collapsing, or carrying more than your share.
