☀️🌇 Utilise the summer light evenings, playing in our weekly 'Men's Recreational Summer 5 a-side Football.
🥅 Friendly, organised, recreational football match, with mixed age ranges (20's, 30s, 40s - 50s). Open to players of all skill levels.
🏆 We are not a club or league, we are a recreational platform for grass roots players to enjoy a game of football and to keep fit and active ❤️⚽.
🏃👟 Burn calories, get your steps, all whilst playing the sport you love.
📍 Slades Park (grass fields), Bournemouth.
🏟️ A pitch will be marked out approximately to 5/6 a-side size, with goals 🥅.
⏱️Thursdays 7 pm start. Arrive 6:50 pm to warm up. Duration roughly 60-65 minutes with a short interval.
⚠️ Appropriate footwear for the ground and conditions, and shin pads to be worn. The ground is hard at present so astro boots, trainers or similar maybe more suitable but at your discretion.
👕 2 sports tops required: White/light/bright colours & Dark/black/navy.
