We’re SO excited to announce our 9th International Yoga Day… on the beach! 🏖️
Join us as we come together once again to celebrate a day full of unity, movement, joy, and connection—this time with even more energy, sparkle, and smiles.
Last year, we made history with the UK’s largest beach yoga class with headphones, as 600 of you showed up (even with the wind trying to stop us!). This year, we’re going for 1,000 yogis—because that’s how many silent disco headphones we’ve got! Let’s break the record again and make some magic together.
✨ Expect good vibes, dance breaks, and a whole lot of fun! ✨
We'll be flowing and dancing with silent disco headphones, switching between 3 music channels thanks to the incredible team at Shush Events, who always deliver the perfect soundtrack.
Need a drink or a snack? Sobo Beach Café is right there, ready to fuel your beachside fun as we celebrate the summer solstice like never before.
So grab your sparkly summer outfits, swimsuits (!), and most importantly—your friends!
This is a day for everyone, no matter the age, gender or yoga experience.
