Medicinal Herbs are living, communicating beings that when ingested or used externally bring vitality and healing to where needed in our body. However, our intentions must be clear and respect for the plant is essential, as our interactions become a reciprocal exchange.

This workshop is both for those wanting to deepen their knowledge and connection to these amazing plants, and for those who are completely new to the herbal path.

We will focus on one herb per month, noting through our senses its individual characteristics and its medicinal value.
