Food and wine matching techniques
We will be serving you a delicious meal of Fish and Chips, with peas and Tartare Sauce, (or a vegetarian alternative) paired with a total of 6 Sparkling Wines including a Champagne AND a glass of locally made Dorset Sparkling Wine.
