Join us for our CPD Breakfast Seminar on the subject of Temporary Works.

This will explore the legal issues associated with temporary works – a critical yet often overlooked area of risk management in construction and development projects.

Temporary works, such as scaffolding, shoring, formwork and excavation support, are fundamental to most construction schemes, but they can present complex legal, safety and contractual implications if not properly managed.

This event will provide valuable insight into how to identify, manage and mitigate these risks – helping property and construction professionals protect their projects, businesses and reputations.

Format:
