We’re so excited to be hosting a special Memory Walk from Wickmeads down to the beautiful Tuckton River.

This meaningful event will bring together residents, families, friends and our local community as we walk side by side in support of those living with dementia.

It’s a chance to raise awareness, share stories, and enjoy time together in a spirit of love, friendship and remembrance. 💙

Everyone is welcome – we’d love for you to join us.
