Amy promises to bring the shine and energy as we light up the room together. A Glowga flow promises: light, laughter, and a high energy flow.

Arrive 10-15min prior to start time. Complimentary glow sticks, jewelry, and accessories available and included in cost of sign up. Option to wear bright yoga attire! Don't forget your yoga mat, towel, and water.
