Ladies!! Come out and join us for an evening of heartfelt conversation and community support. Our ladies night will provide a space for you to come together to share your stories, listen to others, and engage in fun activities that promote getting in touch with yourself and tapping into self-love, manifesting, personal growth, empowerment and more.
What to Expect:
• Journaling: Bring a journal! We will be discussing topic points to journal and discuss that revolve around Self-Growth & Empowerment Part 2. If you missed Part 1 that’s okay, you can still come out and get the materials from Part 1 that you missed out on!
• Oracle Cards: You will get to choose a card and take time for reflection.
• Soundbath: Provides many benefits such as rejuvenation, stress reduction, improved sleep, assists in emotional well being and relaxation.
• Reiki: receive a personal reiki infusion made to work for what you need the most.
• Time for sharing: sharing inspires, encourages and motivates others.
• A take home surprise gift
