Support your local library and have a deliciously fun night at the Friends of the Boulder Junction Public Library’s “A Taste of Boulder Junction” event on Saturday, October 4 from 5-8pm at the Boulder Junction Community Center. For only $40 per person, guests will get a logo tasting glass, samples of food and beverages from a variety of local merchants, and live music by gifted local musical artist/singer/songwriter, Joni Clare Derdzinski. Adding to the fun is basket raffles, a wine pull, craft beer plinko, and spin-to-win for gift certificates.
Food and beverage samples will be provided by Aqualand Ale House, Aqualand Bakery, Boulder Beer Bar, Boulder Junction Coffee Company, Boulder Junction Trading Company, Gooch’s 2, the Guide’s Inn, the Ice Shanty, McGann’s Pub & Wine Bar, and Winkler’s Greenhouse and Gifts.
Tickets for this fall fundraising event go on sale Friday, September 19 at 10am. Only 120 tickets will be sold!The Friends can accept payment by cash, check, or credit card. Please note that credit card sales will be charged a 3% service fee. The Friends can also do over-the-phone credit card sales (+ service fee) with “Will Call” ticket pick up at the Registration Table the night of the event.
Friends of the Library fall raffle tickets are also still available. The amazing prizes are on display at the library. The prize drawing will take place at A Taste of Boulder Junction event at 7:30pm. Tickets are $20 each or 5 for $100. The Friends will be selling tickets at the Colorama Arts & Craft Fair Used Book Sale at the Boulder Junction Community Center on Saturday, October 13 from 9am to 2pm. Tickers are also for sale during regular library hours and at A Taste of Boulder Junction event until 7:30pm.
