Friday's you can join Lydia Helena Easley at Spa Yoga at Bear Creek Community Center

FREE for members or $15 drop in
A wellness experience where you begin with a yoga practice, then transition to relaxing in a hot tub and finishing with a session in a sauna, essentially combining physical movement with heat therapy for deep relaxation and stress relief. A mini yoga retreat for your enjoyment every Friday. Bring a mat, water bottle, swimsuit and a towel.

Cost: FREE for members ($50 per month) or $15 drop in
